Shipping policy

Orders received before 2.00pm are normally dispatched on the same day if all items are available. In some instances orders placed up until 4.00pm could still be dispatched on the same day. Guaranteed next working day delivery option cut off is 4.00pm, if orders placed after that time they will be dispatched the following day. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland are not available for 'guaranteed next day delivery' even if paid extra for. If an order is placed on a Friday they will be delivered on Monday as we cannot offer Saturday deliveries at the moment. 

Whilst Europa will do it's upmost to keep both its dispatch and delivery dates they are to be treated as estimates only.

Orders made on either a Public/Bank Holiday or weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day (provided all items are available) and deliveries themselves will not be made on Public/Bank Holidays or weekends. Any delivery scheduled to arrive on either Public/Bank Holidays or weekends should normally be delivered the next working day.

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the goods. If nobody is present to sign for the goods they will be retained by the carrier and sent out for delivery normally the following working day. After two failed deliveries extra carriage costs may be applied.

 

All items delivered by carrier must be fully checked before they are signed for. If an item has arrived damaged it must be signed for as damaged with the carrier at the time of delivery, failure to do this means that no claim for damage will be considered by Europa Truck Parts. Applicable Consumer Law applies at all times.
