Frequently Asked Questions

If I order today, how soon will I get it?

If you place your order before 2 pm and all items are available, we will typically dispatch on the same day. If you order after 4 pm, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery and they will instead be dispatched the following day. Read our full shipping policy to find out more.

We also offer same-day express delivery on certain products - to find out more about this, get in touch with the team today.

How do I find the right truck part?

Finding the right truck part is easy, all you need is the O.E. number of the part. If you don’t have the O.E. number or are unable to find your part manually, get in contact with us today and let us know what you are looking for. All we’ll need is the type of part and the vehicle registration number or chassis number to find it.

What are OEM parts?

OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer, and each part will have its own unique O.E number, giving you the assurance that they will fit your car and be covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. Aftermarket parts are parts designed to be compatible with as multiple brands and models as possible, but you will need to check prior to purchase if they will fit your vehicle.

What are signs I have faulty breaks?

There are many signs of faulty breaks, and if you notice any of them, it’s best to get them checked sooner rather than later. These signs include obvious ones such as brake lights on the dashboard, a vibration feeling when braking or the car going towards the left or right when coming to a stop. Other signs that you have faulty brakes include uncommon squeaking or grinding noises, a spongy feeling on your brakes, leaking fluid and burning smells from overheated brakes.

Do I need to fix an oil leak on my truck?

Yes. Alongside causing environmental hazards, an unfixed oil leak can cause damage to your radiator and HVAC system, along with putting your engine at a greater fire risk resulting in potential engine failure. If the damage to your engine is severe, you may need to replace it in its entirety.
